4 November 2025: AgriProve is pleased to announce the appointment of Kieren Whittock as General Manager, strengthening the company’s leadership and delivery capability as it scales the next generation of soil carbon projects across the country.
In his new role, Mr Whittock will head up all of AgriProve’s national operations and day-to-day business, overseeing the delivery of soil carbon projects, regional engagement and the integration of AgriProve’s data-driven technologies into everyday farm management. His appointment reflects AgriProve’s continued growth and commitment to supporting Australian farmers and landholders in unlocking the value of their soils.
“Kieren brings deep operational expertise and a farmer-first focus to the leadership of the business,” said Matthew Warnken, Executive Chair of AgriProve.
“As we expand nationally, his leadership ensures that every project we deliver continues to set the benchmark for integrity, efficiency and measurable on-farm outcomes. Kieren’s appointment strengthens our ability to connect farmers with the tools, data and support they need to succeed in the carbon economy.”
Mr Whittock said he was excited to lead AgriProve’s delivery team at such a pivotal moment for the industry.
“We’re at an inflection point for soil carbon,” Mr Whittock said.
“Producers across Australia are realising that better soils mean better farms and better returns. My focus is on making that journey simpler and more rewarding, turning climate challenges into opportunities like long-term resilience and productivity on the ground.”
Under Mr Whittock’s leadership, AgriProve will continue to enhance its digital platform, remote audit systems and regulatory grade Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) Model, ensuring that projects are delivered faster, at lower cost and with the highest level of integrity.
Mr Warnken said the company’s strategy is clear: combining operational excellence with digital innovation to accelerate participation and deliver measurable impact.
“We have more farmers looking to preserve their rights to carbon revenue than ever before,” Mr Warnken said.
“Kieren’s appointment ensures we can convert that opportunity into real results for farmers and Australia’s net zero goals.”
AgriProve remains at the forefront of Australia’s soil carbon industry, having delivered the country’s first soil carbon credits, pioneered digital MRV systems and registered over 600 projects nationwide with more than 120,000 Australian Carbon Credit Units issued to date.
The company continues to work closely with industry, government and scientific partners to expand participation and strengthen Australia’s position as a global leader in carbon removal through agriculture.
